Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy 

Please note- We require 1months notice MINIMUM of you leaving classes. This means you are required to let us know the month before. If not you will still be invoiced and full fees will be payable. 

LATE FEES

We require fees to be paid on time. This is due to many factors including staff wages and studio costs. Due to this, we now have a late fee policy. 

Any fees not paid within the 10 day mark will be shared a late fee of £5. This gives you five more days to pay. Failure to pay within the five days after being charged the late fee will result in a weekly charge of £5 added until invoice is paid. 

Dancing at other studios

At LGD School Of Dance, we offer many different styles of dance. And dance school loyalty is very important to us. Due to this, if you do decide to start dancing at another school, we do require you to let us know so we can discuss this. We understand that we may not offer the style of the other studio, and if that is the case, we fully accept this and is allowed. However if we do offer the same class, please let us know your reasoning.
