v  FEES

All class fees are payable in advance, half termly in clear funds via automatic direct debit.  This will occur in the last week of each half term with exception of the first, which is collected during the last week of the Summer holidays.  You will always receive 3 working days’ notice prior to any payments being taken and you have the right to cancel the direct debit at any time.  If you no longer require your child’s space, a minimum of one month’s notice should be given in writing via email.  If no notice is given, the following direct debit payment may be taken and is non-refundable.

AMMENDUM

Please note that from 1st April 2023, the above system will no longer be in place.  Instead, fees will be payable in advance via monthly direct debit.  Your yearly total will be worked out and split over 12 months (or remaining number of months in the academic year if joining mid-way through), thus meaning you will pay the same amount every month.  Invoices will be issued on the 1st of every month, or closest business day.  Direct Debits will be reviewed each July to ensure they are set at the correct amount for the upcoming academic year, taking into account school/bank holidays.

Please note, direct debits can be adjusted or cancelled throughout the academic year if required.  However, at least 4 weeks notice must be given in writing so that any necessary adjustments can be made.  If no notice is given, the following direct debit payment may be taken and is non-refundable.

Failure to make payment before term starts may result in no place being available. If this happens LIBERTY PERFORMING ARTS will make every attempt to offer an alternative class or arrangement. If this is not possible then your name will be added to a waiting list.

If payment is outstanding, LIBERTY PERFORMING ARTS reserves the right to withhold services.  LIBERTY PERFORMING ARTS may share data with debt collection agencies in order to re-coup monies owed.

Subject to exceptional circumstances only where adverse weather conditions result in class cancellations, all class fees are non-refundable and remain payable in cases of student absence or in the event that a student ceases to be part of LIBERTY PERFORMING ARTS.  In the event that any class is cancelled as a result of snow or other adverse weather conditions, an additional class will be rearranged by LIBERTY PERFORMING ARTS at a later date.

Fees are reviewed annually and any changes/increases will always be made with a minimum of four weeks notice to customers.
