A $65 Registration Fee must be paid upfront before the first class to secure enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.

Class Fees are paid per term and must be paid in full within 7 days of the term start or enrollment.

A $25 late fee applies to payments not received by the due date.

No pro-rata fees or discounts will be provided for absences due to illness, family holidays, religious holidays, or if a student withdraws after the term has started.

Concert and/or competition costume fees must be settled in full, even if the student withdraws from class.

If you’re unable to pay by the due date, please contact us in advance to arrange alternative payment options.

---

2. Payment Plans (Autopay):

Payment plans are available through autopay, requiring valid card details on file.

Payments will be automatically deducted on scheduled dates.

To avoid being charged for the next installment, payment plan cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next payment is due.

If a student cancels mid-term and is on a payment plan, they are still responsible for the full term fees as agreed at the time of enrollment.

No prorated refunds or reductions will be given for cancellations mid-term.

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS:
It is the parents' and student's responsibility to read any newsletters or notices. Please follow our FB and IG accounts or log onto our website. To avoid class distraction, no one can watch while the class is conducted (this applies to crew training as well).

INJURY/MEDICAL CONDITION:
It is the student’s responsibility to notify their teacher in the event of an injury/medical condition during or prior to class. All medical conditions need to be reported to their teacher before a student commences a class. It is the parents' and student’s responsibility to inform staff of any medical conditions and to bring the necessary medical needs to training/concert rehearsals (e.g., asthma inhaler).

MID-YEAR/ANNUAL END OF YEAR CONCERT:
All students are expected to participate in the End of Year Concert. Attendance of parents/guardians is important. Family and friends are welcome to support the student and celebrate their achievements. Only parents who are authorized will be allowed to help backstage.

CLASS ATTIRE:
All students must wear appropriate attire (please read page 3 for what to wear). No photography or videoing is allowed during classes and dress rehearsals. Videoing is only permitted at the end of each class for students to practice at home.

PAGE 5 PHOTO & IMAGE RELEASE:
I give permission, as a student or for my child/ren, to be photographed for any promotional material such as newsletters, newspaper articles, posters/handouts, DVD productions, photo boards, billboards, and video footage posted on the internet for learning/advertising purposes, which may occasionally be used to promote Lighthouse Studios.

MEDICAL CONSENT:
In the event of an injury or accident, I, the parent/guardian, or student (if 18 years of age or older), give permission to Lighthouse Studios, its owners, operators, and teachers to seek medical treatment for myself and/or my child/ren in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. Where an ambulance is deemed necessary, all costs will be incurred by the parent/guardian.

COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS:
If a student, family member, or anyone in your household is showing any signs of coughing, fever, loss of smell or taste, sore throat, or shortness of breath, DO NOT come to class. Please notify Dinah at 0424817404 if your child will be absent from class. Students must sanitize their hands before entering every class (sanitizing stations are available around the venue). All participants must follow current guidelines while in the venue when restrictions are in force (e.g., wearing a facemask).

Parents cannot wait in the reception/foyer area while their children take class; drop-offs to the front door only. Parents must abide by the 1.5-meter rule when waiting to collect their child. Lighthouse Studios will be cleaned and sanitized daily; any surface that can be touched will be cleaned. If classes need to be cancelled for any reason, the contact for the student will be notified via text about the outcome. Please ensure we have your correct contact details.

Anyone attending Lighthouse Studios must QR code in. Parents of students who do not have a device are responsible for QR coding them in. To run our business, we must follow all government requirements or mandates in place. Please direct any complaints regarding restrictions imposed on our business to the COVID-19 Hotline at 1800 675 398.

Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19, we may have to reschedule things at the last minute. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do whatever is necessary at the time to ensure everyone's safety. Classes will move to online (Zoom) if lockdown or restrictions are announced. No refunds will be given as classes will still resume online.
