Here at Linda Virgoe Dance Studios we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. 

We hold you information in order to invoice you, contact you in a emergency and keep you updated.

By registering with the studio you are agreeing for us to keep your data until your account is closed with us and you have sent a termination letter/email.

We keep all examination results that your child has taken whilst at Linda Virgoe Dance Studios.

Whilst you are a customer at Linda Virgoe Dance Studios we will contact you via email and telephone/text message unless you request otherwise.

If you child is entered for an exam we will need to pass your child's name and DOB to the RAD, ISTD and BBO in order for them to take part in the examination.
