Terms and Conditions

By registering your child you are agreeing to the following terms;

1) Pay your fees before the start of a new term or upon registration. Any late payments will be subject to a 10% late fee which will be added after 14 days that payment is not received from its due date.

2) Provide us with written notice before the next invoice is raised (approx two weeks before end of current term). If notice is given AFTER the bill is raised you will be responsible for paying it. Bills are non refundable once payment has been made.

3) From time to time we may wish to photograph or video your child for publicity purposes including use on social media. Please contact us if you DO NOT consent to this.

4) During lessons the teacher may have to give hands on correction to your child. This is an essential part of teaching dance however if you do not agree to this please let us know.

5) You consent to Linda Virgoe Dance Studios instructors or other authorized employees to provide first aid and give authority to any emergency unit, hospital or doctor to render immediate aid.

6) You confirm that your child is in good health and has no known physical impairments that would cause harm to them by participating in any dance or Acrobatic Arts.

7) In the event of a safeguarding concern we will contact the appropriate authorities that we feel appropriate, acting in a manner of loco parentis.

DISCLAIMER; Linda Virgoe Dance Studios is not responsible for any injury (or loss of property) to any person while practicing, training, taking class, competing, demonstrations or shows, or in any other way involved in dance or acrobatic arts.

As a parent or legal guardian of your child you understand and acknowledge the risks associated with dance and Acrobatic Arts.
