Terms and Conditions

• I give permission for my child to attend Little Groovers Dance Co. classes.  

• All participants must inform us of any medical or physical conditions that may affect their participation in classes.  

• I consent for my child to stay enrolled for the year. If I do not want my child to attend classes, I will contact Little Groovers Dance Co. directly via phone, text, or email.  

• There are no refunds for missed classes, as this keeps your child's spot in the class. Please contact Little Groovers Dance Co. to arrange a make-up class if available. We can discuss alternate arrangements for certain situations if contacted in advance.  

• If term fee payment is overdue and there has been no contact with Little Groovers to make alternate arrangements, we reserve the right to suspend your child's participation in classes.  

• By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that they are participating in physical activities. While we prioritise safety, participation involves inherent risks, and we encourage open communication about any concerns.
