TERMS AND CONDITIONS 


Terms of use:

PLEASE READ THESE WEBSITE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY LMA STUDIOS SERVICES. OUR SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE TERMS FROM TIME TO TIME AND WILL NOTIFY CURRENT CUSTOMERS OF THIS THROUGH EMAILS GIVEN TO US ON THE SYSTEM ‘CLASS MANAGER’. YOUR CONTINUES USE OF OUR SERVICES FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF CHANGES TO THESE TERMS WILL MEAN YOU ACCEPT THOSE CHANGES. 



DATA:


-I understand that the owner of LMA Studios has access to student data that has been provided by you as the parent/guardian.


-I understand that my data will be shared with the 3rd party "Class Manager", who are the company used for LMA Studios online portal.


-I understand that LMA Studios will not pass on any data to other 3rd party companies excluding "Class Manager".


-I understand that LMA Studios will keep all data under password protection.


-I give permission for my data to be used by LMA Studios.


-I understand that I will need to inform LMA Studios of any changes to student data/information.


-I give permission to be contacted by details provided regarding LMA Studios.


-I understand my data can be deleted on request.


-I understand that the owner of LMA Studios has a process in place to remove data properly and safely.


-I understand that LMA Studios will not hold onto any redundant data.


PAYMENT:


-I understand that ALL classes must be paid for regardless of attendance.


-I understand that I have two options of payment. One monthly payment made within the first fourteen days of the month via cash, bank transfer, card payments or Paypal or via our direct debit system.


-I understand that I must pay for classes before attending unless I am signed up to the direct debit system. 


-I understand that students are unable to take part in classes that have not been paid for. 


-I understand that all classes must be paid for and any unpaid fees by the end of the month will incur a 25% late fee. This includes any fees that may occur within the dance school, including and not limited to uniform.


-I understand that the responsibility of payments are down to the parent/carer of students and not LMA Studios.


-I understand that all uniform must be paid for when ordered.


-Discounts will be applied to students invoices who attend more than one genre of dance. 


-In the case of a class being cancelled by LMA Studios I understand that my account will be credited for the amount or the class will be rescheduled. 


-I understand that both classes and uniform are non-refundable.


CLASSES:


-I understand I must give two weeks notice of leave and must pay for these classes. 


-LMA Studios do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property that it brought to classes and is the responsibility of the individual. 


-I understand that a students can not take part in any class that they have not booked into and any spaces must be booked in with LMA Studios directly. 


-I understand that I may lose my space in a class if students do not attend for two weeks without any notice of absence given to LMA Studios. 


-I understand that it is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform LMA Studios of any changes to health or injuries that a student may have before coming to class. 


-I understand that if I give permission for photography/videography to be taken while students are representing LMA Studios or partaking in classes with LMA Studios then these may be used on social media platforms and marketing materials. 


-I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and LMA Studios are not liable for your safety.


BEHAVIOUR:


-I understand that I must respect everyone at LMA Studios and treat everyone kindly. 


-I understand that rude and aggressive behaviour will result in instant dismissal and my space in all classes will be instantly removed without refund. 


-I understand that LMA Studios has the authority to dismiss any students or parents/carers if it is deemed their behaviour to be unkind or aggressive. 


-I understand that I must respect all the building and it’s contents when I am at a hired LMA Studios premises.


ILLNESS:


-I understand that if a student tests positive for Covid-19, I will not bring them to classes. 


-I understand that if anyone attending gets Chicken Pox within 48 hours of being at an LMA Studios hired premises that I must inform Lucy as soon as possible. 


-I understand that if my child has been sick within 24 hours of a class, they cannot attend.
