By enrolling in our programs, you consent to the use of your child’s first name, photo, or video in promotional materials (such as social media, newsletters, posters, and our website).

If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, you must inform us in writing at [email protected].

We always respect your preferences and will never share student names in full.

We store personal information securely using encrypted, password-protected digital systems, including our ClassManager portal.

Access is limited to authorised staff only. We do not store full financial information (e.g. credit card numbers).

• Necessary to protect a student’s safety or wellbeing
• Sharing with trusted service providers (e.g. payment gateways, CRM software) as part of service delivery
