Terms and Conditions

• In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities with Lovegood Performing Arts Company, I (and my family) fully and completely release from liability Lovegood Performing Arts Company, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, including claims of the company’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I or my family my suffer or which may result from my participation with Lovegood Performing Arts Company, travel to and from activities, or any events incidental to the activities.

• I am voluntarily participating in Lovegood Performing Arts Company’s activities.  I understand that there are risks associated with my (and my family’s) participation, such as physical injury, pain, suffering, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss.  These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence, or the condition of the activity locations or facilities.

• If I (or my family) need medical treatment as a result of our participation with Lovegood Performing Arts Company, travel to and from Lovegood Performing Arts Company activities, or any events incidental to the activities, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred of such treatment.  I am aware that Lovegood Performing Arts Company does not provide health insurance for me (or my family) and that we should carry our own health insurance.  I give permission for Lovegood Performing Arts Company to obtain emergency medical treatment for any participating member of my family, if necessary.

• I understand that Lovegood Performing Arts Company may use any and all photographic pictures, videos, websites, and/or sound recordings, or any part thereof, taken or created during the Lovegood Performing Arts Company activities, which may include the undersigned and/or their families, and promotional materials. 
  

• All educational content and any accompanying materials are for the enrolled student(s) only and may not be shared with any other party.  If Lovegood Performing Arts Company suspects that the materials are being shared or if you have shared your log-in information with any party, Lovegood Performing Arts Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the Zoom meetings and materials, at Lovegood Performing Arts Company’s sole and exclusive discretion.

• I understand that myself and all students I am responsible for must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which the current version can be read at: Student Code of Conduct

• I have read this document and I am signing it freely.  If the participant is a minor, I am the parent or legal guardian to the participant.  I allow the participant to participate in activities with Lovegood Performing Arts Company, and I understand that I am bound by the terms of this document.
