Studio Guidelines and Policies

We appreciate your commitment to our dance studio. To maintain a positive and thriving environment, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Attendance and Guests

Students are not permitted to bring friends to classes or rehearsals.

2. Communication

Regularly check Facebook and the studio website for important dates and information.

3. Practice and Skill Improvement

Students are encouraged to practice regularly, especially when exams, competitions, or shows are approaching.

Private lessons are available during school holidays to enhance individual skills.

4. Members' Behaviour Policy

Show consideration and respect to all teachers and fellow students.

Conduct yourself with honesty and courtesy.

Act as a role model by demonstrating leadership through your actions and speech.

Embrace and adhere to the dance family rules.

5. Responsibility and Adherence to Rules

Take responsibility for adhering to the studio rules.

Bring up concerns with the appropriate person and be willing to receive direction and coaching.

Represent a high level of integrity and avoid gossip or disparaging comments.

6. Commitment to Excellence

Give 100% effort at all times.

7. Parental Involvement

Parents will be notified if student behavior becomes unacceptable.

Understand that dance requires discipline, and corrections are made to achieve the best results.

Ensure your child arrives at the studio ten minutes prior to the lesson.

8. Dress Code

Wear correct footwear (dance shoes only).

Clothing must be clean, washed, and appropriate for dance.

Hair must be worn in a bun or ponytail for all dance classes, with hair off the face.

9.Fees

All Term fees must be paid before week 1 of Term, If payments are not made in advance or prior to the commencement of class, your child may not be able to participate until all outstanding payments are settled in full.

No refund or credit is given for missed classes, except in cases of extreme medical conditions.

There are no refunds for concert fees once costumes are organized.
