Studio Policies

Studio Rules

To maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment, all members are expected to adhere to the following rules:

1.Cleanliness

Members must clean up after themselves.

Change areas and amenities should be kept clean and tidy.

Bags are to be neatly placed in the studio or waiting area.

Food consumption is restricted to the waiting area, and rubbish should be disposed of in allocated bins.

2.Behaviour in Waiting Areas

No running or acrobatics in waiting areas.

Siblings must be supervised at all times.

3.Food and Drink Regulations

No gum or foods requiring boiling water are allowed in the studios.

Drinks must be in sealed containers only.

No food or drink (excluding water) in a sealed container is allowed into the studios.

4.Mobile Phones

All mobile phones must be switched off during classes.

5.Personal Property

Students are responsible for their belongings.

The studio will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Lost property is located in the student change area and is emptied at the end of every term. Please check for lost items and label all dance clothing and shoes.

6.Collection and Supervision

Students must remain inside the studio building until they are collected by their parents or a responsible adult for their safety.

7.Class Viewing

Parents are not permitted to view classes unless given special permission.

Open weeks and the Annual Concert are designated opportunities for parents to witness their child’s progress. Parents are welcome to wait in the waiting area during classes and must supervise siblings, ensuring they remain seated and watch quietly.
