Terms and Conditions

4 weekly payment fees are sent by way of emailed invoices to the registered parent/guardian or pupils (18 years +). Payment is due by the invoice due date and must clear our account by this date. Any invoice not settled by the due date will incur an additional 10% ‘Late Fee”. If payment of fees is not made in full for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend your place until these fees are settled

In the event that your child is unable to attend a scheduled class, due to sickness, holiday, government restrictions or a decision by the Parent or Student not to attend, MSPA is unable to offer any refund of fees paid or make up the missed session.

To cancel you/your child’s place you must give notice by the 3rd Sunday of our 4-weekly block. This will only be accepted via email to [email protected]. The time of receipt (not sending) shall be the time of commencement of the notice period. Notice received after the 3rd Sunday of our 4-weekly block will require payment of the full invoiced amount for the upcoming 4 weekly payment block.

20.1 Localised /National Lockdowns and Pandemics (updated 1st January 2021)

We reserve the right to revert to online sessions (Makin’ Steps Virtual Arts Classes) for any enforced closure outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, national and localised shutdowns due to weather, pandemic, venue availability, and lockdown. Where we are running physical face-to-face sessions or a combination of physical face-to-face sessions and VAC sessions, the standard 4 weekly fees apply and is payable.

Our cancellation procedure will still be in place.
