Aerofit Terms & Conditions:
The following set of Terms & Conditions apply only if you are registering for the Aerofit and/or Mini Movers programs.
PARTICIPATION WAIVER
By ticking this box, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the acknowledgements, declarations and agreements. I give permission for my child to be a member of the above Sport Aerobics program coordinated by Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics. I understand that payment is required prior to my child participating in this activity.
To safely participate in this sport, I recognise that students require a certain level of physical fitness, and I am satisfied that my child has the ability to safely participate in the program. I consent for my child to receive any medical treatment required (including transport by ambulance), should they be injured or become ill during the class.
I understand that although Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics and its coaches attempt to minimise any risk of personal injury within practical boundaries, accidents do happen, and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury.
I understand that Meg Ryan Sports Aerobics accepts no responsibility for injury or illness resulting through class or competition participation, including but not limited to my child’s decision to attempt moves/skills that are dangerous or beyond their ability. I agree that my child is physically capable to participate in this class and I have disclosed any medical conditions that may be of concern to the teachers of the class. I understand that Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics can take no responsibility for students outside of their scheduled class times.
I understand that Parents/ Guardians are expected to respect all Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics Staff and families. Parents/ Guardians will not interact with anyone at Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics in a manner that is intended to provoke hostility. Parents are not permitted to view class unless given special permission. This allows the students to concentrate on their classwork. Parents/ Guardians agree to abide and respect all Policies and Procedures set forth by Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics as outlined above. I understand that by not following the above rules my child may be unable to continue participating in sport aerobics.
PAYMENT
By ticking this box, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following acknowledgements, declarations and agreements.
Payment Policy Special Terms
No refunds will be given for any missed lessons or withdrawals. Makeup sessions are available at the athlete's organisation.
All students will be required to pay all training fees through the company ClassManager, via the direct debit system. Debits occur on a termly basis from a selected bank or credit card. Termly debits are the only frequency option available (i.e. monthly or weekly are not available).
Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics reserves the right to deny cancellation of any ClassManager contract. Any fees accumulated by the customer during the year that remain unpaid on the last scheduled Debit, will automatically be debited by ClassManager at the end of each term.
Aerofit classes are $20 each. Each Aerofit contract is billed by term (10 Classes).
Mini Movers classes are $16 each. Each Mini Movers contract is billed by term (10 Classes).
By ticking this box you are acknowledging that you are committing to payment of a block of 10 classes at minimum. In the event of early withdrawal from the program, debits will continue until the end of the 10 week block regardless of the athlete's attendance.
The customer accepts that the full contract amount will be payable even in the event of an early withdrawal anytime throughout the term.
The complete set of the above items, as well as the contents of this document, form the contractual obligations for each client of Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics. Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics reserves the right to initiate debt collection action, via their direct debit service provider or any other agency to pursue payment of unpaid fees.
