Terms and Conditions

1. Fees are payable within 14 days of invoice date. If you are unable to pay fees by the due date please contact Miss Ash to arrange payment plan. 2. Family discounts only apply to accounts paid by the due date 3. Miss Ash Dance Co do not offer refunds for missed or dropped classes. 4. If you miss more than two classes without notice your spot will be offered to the next on the waiting list. 5. Miss Ash Dance Co reserves the right to change or cancel the timetable and price structure at any point in time. 6. All care according to the “Code of Ethics of Dance Teachers” will be taken by all teachers/instructors working under Miss Ash Dance Co 7. Miss Ash Dance Co has a zero tolerance for bullying. Any bullying seen or reported will be followed swiftly with disciplinary action. 8. All children are the responsibility of the Miss Ash Dance Co for the duration of the class only. Before and after class is the responsibility of the parent/carer. 9. All children must be collected from the studio. If you arrange to pick your child up in the car park or on the street Miss Ash Dance Co holds no responsibility once the child has left the studio. 10. Any and all grievances are to be directed to the Director via email. 11. Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform instructor of any physical limitation you may have. If you have any doubt as to your physical abilities, please consult with your physician before participating. 12. Photographs and videos may be taken of the students during class and performances to be used on Miss Ash Dance Co or the photographers website, print and social media platforms – please advise us in writing if your child is not to be included in any photographs/videos. 13. Physical contact through technical placement correction is required in the study of dance; I/we realise, acknowledge and agree this is necessary to aid in the teaching of dance. 14. Liability Disclaimer – Miss Ash Dance Co and the instructors are not liable for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to personal property for any and all registrants. By registering, all participants confirm that they are aware of and understand the nature of the event, as well as safety and other rules. 15. Variation of Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions can be varied at the discretion of Miss Ash Dance Co at any time.
