Terms & Agreements:
Registration & Enrolments: By enrolling in classes at Molly's Tumble Co., you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during

the registration process. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Payment: Invoices will be sent to customers of enrolled students. This invoice will be due by Week 3 of the commencement of term. Payment plans are available on request. Customers will be required to add credit card details to their portal as payment plans will be automatic debits. Please email [email protected] before the commencement of classes to set this plan up, otherwise payment will be invoiced full.

Class Attendance: Regular class attendance is essential for progress. Make-up classes may be offered in case of documented illness or emergencies. Notification of absence is appreciated. In the case of classes being cancelled, families will be advised of makeup lessons.

Code of Conduct: All students, parents, and guardians are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful learning environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in dismissal from classes.

Safety: Participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors. Molly's Tumble Co. is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules.

Photo & Video: Molly's Tumble Co. reserves the right to use photographs and videos of students for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.

Termination of Services: Molly's Tumble Co. reserves the right to terminate services for students engaging in behaviour deemed harmful or disruptive to the learning environment.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in cases of documented medical conditions preventing continued participation. No refunds are provided for missed classes. A credit can be issued if requested, dependant on the situation.

Facility Use: Participants and their guardians agree to respect Molly's Tumble Co. facilities and equipment. Any damage caused by negligence will incur repair costs.
