Terms and Conditions

RISK WARNING - Participation in gymnastics activities involves motion, rotation, and height in a unique environment and as such carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk.  WARNING! CATASTROPHIC INJURY, PARALYSIS, & EVEN DEATH CAN RESULT FROM IMPROPER CONDUCTS OF GYMNASTICS!  Appreciate this warning and the fact that even under the best conditions, participation in gymnastics involves inherent risks on part of the gymnast.  In addition, you certify that inherent risks of gymnastics participation are adequately & that said participation is done on a voluntary basis.

PAYMENT INFORMATION - In order to hold class spots full payment must be received.  Payments accepted - Credit/Debit Card.  At this time and moving forward, we will only accept  Credit/Debit Card Payments.  If you decide to pull out of classes before the session begins, a $20 pentalty fee will apply.  If you pull out of class with in the first 2 classes of the session, a $20 pentalty fee plus classes taken will be subtracted from your refund.  There will be NO refund or credit for gymnastics classes after the second week of class.

Due to COVID-19, Monaca Turners has made many changes to keep everyone in our facility safe.  Please read our new procedures in detail.  See the below link.   If you understand all new procedures and release the coaches/Monaca Turners from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19 please agree to the procedures.
