Membership Payments
- Monthly membership fees are due in advance and payable on the agreed date each month.
- Fees are based on a 4 week month, covering 48 weeks of training per year. This allows the club to close for up to 4 weeks annually without affecting the regular payment schedule.
- Members will be notified in advance via email of any planned club closures.
Late Payments
- All payments are taken on the 24th of each month.
- If a payment fails, it will be reattempted on the 28th of the same month.
- If membership fees remain unpaid and roll into the following month, a £5 late payment fee may be applied.
- Continued non payment may result in suspension of training until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Membership Cancellations
- One full calendar month’s written notice is required before your next payment date to cancel your membership.
- Notice must be submitted via email or WhatsApp directly to Melanie on 07969 268595.
- Once membership is cancelled, the member’s space may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
- Rejoining after cancellation is subject to class availability at the time of return.
- No admin fee applies for standard membership cancellations made with the correct notice period.
Membership Suspensions (Temporary Payment Pauses)
- Members may request to suspend their membership payments for one month due to holidays, illness, or other temporary absences.
- A £25 suspension fee will apply for each approved one-month suspension.
- Suspension requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp before the next payment date.
- The club will hold the member’s space for one month during an approved temporary suspension.
- If a member does not return after the agreed suspension period, their space may be offered to those on the waiting list.
- Additional or extended suspensions may require rejoining subject to availability.
General Terms
- Members are expected to follow the club’s code of conduct and treat instructors, fellow members, and facilities with respect.
- The club reserves the right to amend class schedules when necessary.
- Any updates to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated in writing via email.
- By enrolling in the club, all members (or parents/guardians of junior members) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
