Terms and Conditions

Next Level Dance Terms and Conditions 

The customer is responsible for all charges associated with their child's dance class.
- Class fees are paid in blocks and are due half termly. All fees are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If fees are not paid within this time you will incur a £5 late charge. If fees are still outstanding after 14 days you will not be allowed to participate in any further classes. Dancers with outstanding fees will not be allowed to attend competitions, shows, events or exams. 
- Fees can be paid for via BACS, Cash or Debit card (online).
- No refunds will be given whatsoever once the term has commenced and no refunds or make up classes will be given for missed classes. A 24 hour cancellation notice must be given for private lessons, otherwise fees will remain payable. 
- Pay as you go classes must be paid for on or before the day of the class. 

All parents must fully complete the registration form when joining us, with clear information regarding emergency contacts and relevant medical history. It is the parent/guardian responsibility to notify us of any changes to their emergency contact information. 
- Physical contact may be necessary when helping to demonstrate or correct. 
- Parents/Guardians understand that dance is as active as engagement as any sport, and whilst every effort is made to avoid them, injuries can happen. Next Level Dance accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained via any means other than a teachers negligence. 
- Pupils will be supervised whilst in the dance studio only and parents/guardians must ensure the safety of their children in the waiting, changing, staircase and toilet areas. 
- NLD accepts the right to change the timetable without prior notice. All amendment's will be communicated to parents.
- NLD does not accept the responsibility for items lost or stolen. Anything left behind will be placed in lost property for 14 days. 
- Students will only be put forward for competitions and/or exams once the required standard is attained. 

Whilst every care is taken to safeguard dancers, I accept that my child/myself attends Next Level Dance at their own risk.


 Correct uniform should be adhered to at all times.
- All students are required to have the correct uniform after a maximum of 6 weeks attendance. 
- All uniform must be purchased directly from Next Level Dance. 
- Hair must be tied back at all times & no jewellery worn. 

I accept that my data can be used by NLD in accordance with the new GDPR guidelines and NLD can use your provided contact details to keep in touch. 

All customers understand that any complaints/disagreements must be discussed firstly and formally with Lucy Fallows at an appropriate point. Social media is to be used for positive promotional purposes only and not as a means of contact or slander. 

In the event of a lockdown due to a national health emergency all fees paid for will be held as credit until we are able to reopen. No refunds will be given.
