TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment of fees is made via GoCardless. A link to the mandate will be sent to you alongside your invoice. 

No payment will be taken until you have checked your invoice and any necessary amendments have been made. 

SIX WEEKS NOTICE IS REQUIRED IN WRITING BEFORE WITHDRAWING A PUPIL FROM ANY CLASS OR A TERM’S FEES WILL BE CHARGED IN LIEU OF NOTICE.   

A pupil unable to attend class should notify The School by text message 07794520068 or [email protected] 

All pupils must wear the correct uniform 

No jewellery   

Hair to be tied back off the face  

No food to be consumed in the corridors or in the dance studio

The school cannot undertake responsibility for any money or item lost on the premises. 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree with the following:

 "I understand that it is necessary for a teacher to touch my child in order to give proper correction as well as giving verbal tuition and demonstration."  

The School reserve the right to amend / alter the Terms & Conditions at any time. 

The School reserve the right to amend / alter fees and classes as and when necessary. 

The School reserve the right to cancel classes due to unexpected circumstances.  

These classes will not necessarily be replaced. But refunds will be issued when that would be the case.
In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, no refunds will be issued. 

Photos taken during shows, competitions, special events at the School may be used solely for School purposes, such as the School’s website and other School promotional material. These will be stored securely as per Privacy Policy. By signing the T&C I agree that image of my child be used for marketing purpose and the child is never to be named. 

The Nina Monteiro Ballet School Facebook Group is a closed and private group open to members only.  The Group serves as a notice board and may include pupil achievements, exam results and photos.  

It will be strictly forbidden for parents/guardians to take photos of children on School premises during School events such as parent watching sessions, rehearsals, shows and exams. Teachers may take photos and will seek permission from parents/guardians at the time of the event.  

By registering at the Nina Monteiro Ballet School you accept the above Terms & Conditions and have read the Privacy Notice. You give permission to NMBS to use information as described and to contact you with information and invoices whilst you are attending the School.   

Should you wish to unsubscribe, you are required to contact the School with your request.
