Terms and Conditions

Please read the North Leeds Dance Education (NLDE) Terms and Conditions before registering your child.

• North Leeds Dance Education or any of our staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• North Leeds Dance Education reserve the right to remove from our classes, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• NLDE is only responsible for your child during the hours of their class. It is your responsibility to drop off and collect your child at the appropriate times. Please contact NLDE on 07860 319885 if you are going to be late to collect your child so provisions can be made.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at [email protected].
• NLDE do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from errors or omissions on the registration form whether completed by you or the person in charge of your child at the time of enrolment.
• NLDE does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to the studio.
• You must keep NLDE up-to-date with any changes to your contact details.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment details have been received.
• You must provide NLDE we 6 weeks notice if you wish to stop attending classes.
• If you choose to leave NLDE mid-term, you will be charged for the full Term in which you left.
•  Monthly payments cover terms as follows: Autumn term - September, October November, December. Spring term - January, February, March, April. Summer Term - May, June, July, August.
  
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. 
• If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather or teacher illness, North Leeds Dance Education, will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded. Refunds will not be issued where a student cannot attend a make up class.
• NLDE hold Public Liability Insurance
• You must not attend your class if your child, or anyone in your household is displaying any of the following COVID-19 Symptoms - a high temperature, a continuous cough, any change in or loss of smell or taste.
