O'Hanlon Dance Studio Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to O'Hanlon Dance Studio, owned and operated by Rachel Doyle O'Hanlon and Emer O'Hanlon. By enrolling in our classes, workshops, or events or camps, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration for classes is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be completed through our official website, phone or class manager
2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include , cash, and online payment platforms.
2.3 All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of class cancellations by the studio.

3. Class Cancellations and Schedule Changes
3.1 O'Hanlon Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, instructor illness or extreme weather conditions.pandemics, or national lockdowns out of our control.
3.2 In the event of a cancellation, students will be notified via email or phone and offered a make-up class or studio creditwhere possible. If closing is out of our control and is informed by government laws there will be no refunds on comp fees, show fees or term fees or private lessons. 

4. Studio Etiquette and Safety
4.1 Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for class. Proper dance attire and footwear are required.Uniforms are ordered through our studio.
4.2 For the safety of all participants, students must follow the instructions of the instructors and adhere to studio rules.
4.3 O'Hanlon Dance Studio is not responsible for any personal injuries sustained while on the premises. Students participate at their own risk.

5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
5.2 Any student or parent displaying inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the class or studio, and no refund will be provided.

6. Use of Image and Likeness
6.1 By participating in classes or events, students and their guardians (if applicable) consent to the use of their images or videos for promotional purposes by O'Hanlon Dance Studio.
6.2 If you do not wish to have your image used, please notify the studio in writing prior to the start of your class or event.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7.2 O'Hanlon Dance Studio complies with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.

8. Amendments
8.1 O'Hanlon Dance Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents via email and posted on our official website.
