ORPHEUS THEATRE ARTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling your child at Orpheus, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This forms an ongoing agreement between you (the Parent/Guardian) and Orpheus Theatre Training (“Orpheus”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for the duration of your child’s enrolment.
This agreement remains in place until written notice is given in accordance with the terms below.

1. Enrolment & Places
1.1 Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed upon receipt of completed registration and payment.
1.2 Orpheus reserves the right to operate waiting lists where classes reach capacity.
1.3 Enrolment secures your child’s place in their allocated Company (Junior or Senior).
2. Fees & Payment
2.1 Fees are £95 per month, payable in advance on the 1st of each month.
2.2 Fees cover approximately 39 sessions across the academic year and are divided into equal monthly payments for convenience.
2.3 Monthly payments are due regardless of attendance. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
2.4 If payment is not received on time, Orpheus reserves the right to suspend attendance until outstanding fees are cleared.
2.5 Fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to adjustment with notice.
3. Withdrawal & Notice
3.1 We require one full calendar month’s written notice should you wish to withdraw your child from Orpheus.
3.2 Notice must be provided in writing via email.
3.3 Fees remain payable during the notice period.
4. Term Dates & Sessions
4.1 Orpheus operates during term time only. Term dates are published in advance on our website.
4.2 In the unlikely event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to provide a replacement session where possible. Where this is not feasible, a credit or refund will be considered at our discretion.
5. Health & Safety
5.1 Parents must disclose all relevant medical information at the point of enrolment and keep records updated.
5.2 Students participate in physical activity and do so at their own risk.
5.3 Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn.
5.4 Students should not attend if unwell and must observe a 48-hour absence following sickness or stomach bugs.
5.5 Emergency contact details must be accurate and contactable during sessions.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
6.1 All students and parents are expected to uphold the Orpheus Code of Conduct.
6.2 Orpheus reserves the right to withdraw a student’s place if behaviour is deemed consistently disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of our values.
7. Media & Promotion
7.1 From time to time, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
7.2 Media consent preferences must be indicated at enrolment.
8. Personal Property
8.1 Students are responsible for their belongings. Orpheus cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items.
9. General
9.1 Orpheus reserves the right to make reasonable changes to teaching staff, timetable or venue where necessary.
9.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
