Terms and Conditions

FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY

Invoices are sent out Monthly, and payments are made by Bank Transfer, Stripe, Cash or Card (at the studio) within 10 days of the invoices being sent. Any payments made after the given date will be subject to a 10% late fee which will be added onto the next invoice. 

Private Lessons

P/L fees will be sent out with the monthly invoice. Classes cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice will still be invoiced to your account.

Pendle Academy of Dance and Performing Arts reserves the right to refuse tuition or exam entry to any pupil with outstanding fees should payments be delayed without prior notification. 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - ONE MONTH'S NOTICED IS REQUIRED UPON LEAVING PENDLE ACADEMY OR PAYMENT OF THE SAME.

FIRE SAFETY

• I have read and fully understand the fire procedure located at the dance school 
• I understand that the teacher in charge of the class will lead the evacuation procedure
• I am confident that in such an emergency I would be able to evacuate the building
• I have seen and I am fully aware of the location of the fire extinguishers at the dance
• I understand that any child age 8 years and under cannot be left unsupervised if they are not in the dance studio for a class and that it is my responsibility to arrange such supervision should it be necessary. This includes periods in between classes.
• I will not admit any stranger through the entrance
