1. Enrolment and Registration:

1.1. By enrolling your child in the PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA holiday program or weekly classes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2. Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

 

2. Fees and Payments:

2.1. Payment must be made in full upon registration to secure your child's spot in the program.

2.2. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA cancels the program.

 

3. Program Details:

3.1. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA reserves the right to modify or cancel any program due to low enrolment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

3.2. Program schedules, dates, and instructors are subject to change. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA will provide reasonable notice of any changes.

 

4. Health and Safety:

4.1. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that the child may have.

4.2. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA staff is not authorised to administer medication. If your child requires medication during program hours, arrangements must be made with the PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA administration.

4.3. In case of emergencies, PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA staff will take necessary actions to ensure the safety and well-being of the child. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately.

 

5. Code of Conduct:

5.1. All participants are expected to treat each other, staff, and facilities with respect and courtesy.

5.2. Bullying, harassment, or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA reserves the right to remove any child from the program for such behaviour without refund.

 

6. Photography and Promotion:

6.1. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA may take photographs or videos during the program for promotional purposes. By enrolling your child, you grant PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA permission to use such media.

 

7. Liability:

7.1. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA, its staff, and instructors will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the program.

7.2. Parents or guardians are responsible for the drop-off and pick-up of their children at designated times. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA is not responsible for children before or after program hours.

 

8. Communication:

8.1. PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA will communicate with parents or guardians through the contact information provided during registration. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure their contact details are up-to-date.

 

9. Withdrawal:

9.1. If you wish to withdraw your child from the program, a written request must be submitted to PERFORMERS AUSTRALIA administration.

 

10. Governing Law:

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
