Safety
Parents/family members are not permitted in the dance class/studio to view the session. Throughout the year we will provide opportunities for you to see your child participate in the class.
In the dance hall/studio, safety aspects will be considered by all members of staff however it is the parent/guardians responsibility to ensure they are safe whilst outside the class.
Please ensure children are wearing appropriate clothing for dancing e.g. t-shirt/leggings/ trainers.
Medical Notes
Any child with an inhaler must hand this to the teacher at the beginning of the session with their name clearly displayed on it. The parent or child can collect this at the end of the session. It is the parent/guardians responsibility to outline written details of any medical information that may affect a child’s ability.
Personal Property
PerformR do not accept responsibility or liability for lost/stolen items within our facility, so please ensure you are cautious with any valuables.
Anti-Bullying
At PerformR we aim to create a safe, caring and supportive environment where bullying will not be tolerated. Should this ever affect an individual/s in a class, PerformR will seek further action to eliminate this behaviour.
Payments & Refunds
PerformR do not authorise any refunds, make-up sessions or additional classes if your child is absent.
All payments must be received by the date provided to guarantee their space. Our class fees are reviewed annually. PerformR have the right to remove your child from the class until payment is received in full.
As PerformR use external facilities to run their dance classes there may be occasions where the dance sessions are unable to run due to unforeseen circumstances such as school closures, severe weather, heating or electricity etc. In this case PerformR will endeavour to run replacement sessions if classes are cancelled however if this is not possible PerformR will not be obliged to raise a refund for the class/classes missed if these circumstances are beyond PerformR's control.
Adult Commercial Dance Classes: Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the class will be non-refundable. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the class will be refunded as a credit note towards another class.
Block bookings: PerformR do not authorise any refunds for individual sessions if you are absent during the block.Payments for block bookings must be received before the first class of the block begins to guarantee your space. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) customers must make payment at least one hour before the class begins in order to attend.
Late Fee/Parent ResponsibilityTeachers are unavailable for late pickups. If a parent/guardian anticipates being late, please contact Leila at 07533043615.
If a teacher is required to stay at the venue beyond 10 minutes after classes have ended to supervise late pick-ups, an additional charge of £10 will be applied for every extra 10 minutes. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid on the same day.

Any children who have permission to leave the building to walk home independently must have a signed form from their parent/guardian.
