GENERAL TERMS

ASSUMPTION OF RISK / MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

AUTO DIRECT DEBIT TERMS

As a direct debit customer with Perth Circus & Dance Academy, through our payment partner Go Cardless, I agree that:

  • I am responsible for entering and updating when necessary my bank account and/or credit card details via the Parent Portal.

    I will nominate a default payment method (if more than one payment method is entered).

  • Perth Circus & Dance Academy, through their payment provider Go Cardless has the authority to debit my account or credit card the fortnightly installment owing on my Term Fees in my Class Manager account on the Monday of each fortnight.
  • Cirque Equipment Levy fees will be debited with Week 1 of each terms fees. I understand that the cirque equipment levy fees are non-refundable.
  • Additional Concert Performer’s fee of $100 will be debited according to the payment schedule below.

    I will pay the associated fee of 2.75% + $0.30 per transaction if using Debit / Credit Card as the payment method through the Parent Portal.

    A failed payment will attempt to be withdrawn 7 days later.

    A failed payment fee of $15 will be added to my Perth Circus & Dance Academy account if my direct debit payment fails on the second attempt.

    Where a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks, students will not be able to participate in classes and any Perth Circus & Dance Academy events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.

    GoCardless (company registration number 07495895) is an authorised Direct Debit processor processing payments on behalf of Perth Circus & Dance Academy. Go Cardless is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, registration number 597190, for the provision of payment services.
