There is a $40 annual registration fee for each family which is required to be able to participate in lessons
Dance classes:
Class fees are due within 2 weeks of being sent out. If you are struggling to pay your fees please come and see me so that I can arrange a payment plan. Students can still participate in classes as long as the terms of the payment plan are adhered to. Any fees outstanding at the end of the term will incur a $50 late fee and students cannot participate in the following term until fees have been rectified.
Students in ballet must be wearing the set uniform to be able to participate. This includes a leotard, tights, hair in a bun and skirt if desired.
No parents are allowed into the studio with exception of our 4/u tiny classes. We encourage tiny students to come in independently when they are ready.
Pole classes:
Full payment is to be made prior to your first pole class. If payment is not made you will not be able to attend your class and we will open up the spot. There are 2 weeks until the term starts so we have given plenty of time for you to be able to arrange payment.
If you are unable to attend a class you will not be able to attend a make up session. Instead, you will be able to sell off your class so you are able to recoup some funds for your missed class if you desire. More information about this will be released prior to term 3 starting.
Casual classes will need to pay in CASH ONLY. This will ensure that everyone pays upfront and there won’t be any miscommunications with invoicing etc. A reminder that casual classes will be advertised when available if there is space.
There have also been changes with the levels for the classes. This will hopefully ensure that everyone will be in a class appropriate for their experience and skill level to be able to progress at a rate suitable for them. Please ask or refer to the post on the Pole at Platinum Facebook or Instagram pages if you are unsure what level to enrol in.
Our pole instructors work extremely hard to be able to offer the best experience for each and every student. Please ensure you treat them and other participants with respect when you are in the studio. We want everyone to feel comfortable and valued in the space we have created.
CLASSES:
If classes do not have 3 or more students in attendance, we reserve the right to reschedule, cancel or replace with a shorter lesson.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, students will be given a catch up class to attend.
