Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. This policy applies to registration, subscriptions and notifications for Port Regis Sports Centre.

Who we are?

We are Port Regis Sports Centre.

What information do we collect?

We will collect names, addresses, contact details, medical & religious information for children & parents registering children to attend Port Regis Sports Centre.

We will collect this information upon registration to Port Regis Sports Centre.   

The data is collected via Class Manager which a cloud-based application. We will share the required information with the relevant governing bodies for insurance purposes. Your information will be used for registration, subscription and the latest news and marketing. We never share your information with any other third parties. All our systems use passwords for protection and your information is stored securely.

Please note this list is not exhaustive. You will need to record all purposes for which you process personal data.

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?

We require your consent in order to proceed with the registration, subscription and marketing (which we believe to be in your interest and will be kept to a minimum.) 

If you wish to unsubscribe at any time you can email - s[email protected] at any time and we will immediately delete all your records from our storage. Please note that this could result in your child being unable to continue to attend Port Regis Sports Centre.

Only assigned staff have access to your personal data. Each staff member of Port Regis Sports Centre that has access has agreed to protect the information.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will hold your information for one complete year unless registering for the following year. Upon departure or unsubscribing, your details will be deleted immediately. 

The information upon deletion will be erased from all our systems.

Your rights include:

•     asking for access to personal information

•     correction and deletion

•     withdrawal of consent (if processing data on the condition of consent)

•     restriction of processing and objection

•     lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office
