Terms and Conditions

General Terms

• Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2026, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until Precision Dance is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
• To withdraw from a class, one weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to [email protected] Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than one week.
• All classes are invoiced and payable by Direct Debit on a weekly basis. All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details on GO CARDLESS before term starts unless payment is made in advance on account.
• If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via the Parent Portal, or via Bank Transfer. THIS WILL ACT AS A PRE-PAYMENT THAT YOUR WEEKLY FEES WILL DEDUCT FROM.
• I understand that any payments made via CREDIT CARD as the payment method incur a 4.85 fee per transaction charged by the payment provider. Fees paid via Bank Account on the Parent Portal, do not incur any transaction fees.
• A PERFORMANCE FEE & COSTUME FEE will be debited from your account in the first week of term 4, THIS FEE IS NON-REFDUNDABLE, AND COMPULSORY WHEN PARTICAPTING IN OUR END OF YEAR SHOW.
• Students will not be able to participate in classes if payment details are not on file or payment in advance is not received by the end of Week 1, or a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks.
• Students will not be able to participate in any PRECISION DANCE events if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.
• PRECISION DANCE reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.

Direct Debits Terms

As a DIRECT DEBIT customer with PRECISION DANCE, through our payment partner GO CARDLESS, I agree that:

• I am responsible for entering and updating when necessary my bank account and/or credit card details via GO CARDLESS .
• I will nominate a default payment method (if more than one payment method is entered
• PRECISION DANCE, through their payment provider GO CARDLESS has the authority to debit my account or credit card the full balance owing on my Tuition Fees in my CLASSMANAGER account on the MONDAY of each week.
• PAYMENTS WILL START THE FIRST WEEK OF TERM.
• I will pay the associated fee of 1% per transaction if using GO CARDLESS as the payment method for FEES.
• A failed payment fee of $12.50 will be added to my PRECISION DANCE account if my direct debit payment fails.
• Where a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks, students will not be able to participate in classes and any PRECISION DANCE events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.

Assumption of Risk/Medical Emergencies

I hereby absolve PRECISION DANCE from any liability in the event of any injury to my child. I give PRECISION DANCE permission to seek medical attention at the time of accident or serious illness.

Release of Liability

I give permission for my child to be photographed and / or videoed whilst participating in PRECISION DANCE activities and I consent to these photos / videos being used for publicity purposes.

I will not hold PRECISION DANCE liable for any loss of property.

Trial Classes

I understand that trial classes are under PRECISION DANCE "love it or it's free guarantee". This means that if my child trials a class/es and they don't love the class when they try it I won't be charged for the class, however, for any classes that my child does enrol in I will be charged for the trial class week as the first week.
