Terms and Conditions

Enrolment and Registration:

a. Enrolment in any course or program is subject to availability and at the discretion of Progress Learning Centre.

b. Students must complete the registration process, including providing accurate and up-to-date personal information.

c. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fees as specified by Progress Learning Centre.

Fees and Payment:

a. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course or program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

b. Progress Learning Centre reserves the right to revise the fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.

c. Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion of Progress Learning Centre.

Attendance and Punctuality:

a. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually. Late arrivals may result in missed instruction and disruption to the class.

b. If a student is unable to attend a class, Progress Learning Centre must be notified in advance. Missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Code of Conduct:

a. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Disruptive behaviour or violation of any rules may result in disciplinary action or expulsion from the tuition centre.

b. Students must adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by the teachers and staff at Progress Learning Centre.

c. Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. Any incidents should be reported immediately to the management.

Academic Performance:

a. Students are expected to actively participate in class activities and complete assigned homework and assignments.

b. The progress and performance of each student will be evaluated periodically. Progress Learning Centre may provide reports or feedback to the parents or guardians.

Liability:

a. Progress Learning Centre ensures that its staff members are trained in first aid and will take appropriate care of students while on the premises.

b. Progress Learning Centre shall not be held accountable for any incidents or accidents that occur outside its premises, including during transportation to and from the centre.

c. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children outside of the Progress Learning Centre premises.

Please note that while staff members are trained in first aid and will provide appropriate care within the premises, it is still the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure the safety of their children outside of the tuition centre.

Cancellation or Termination:

a. Parents or guardians must provide a written notice of cancellation or intention to leave a course at least four (4) weeks in advance. Failure to provide the required notice may result in additional charges.

b. Progress Learning Centre reserves the right to cancel or terminate any course or program due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason.

c. In the event of cancellation or termination, Progress Learning Centre will make reasonable efforts to inform the enrolled students and provide an alternative solution or refund.

Membership Subscription and Absences:

a. Parents or guardians are billed on a four-weekly basis, regardless of student absences. The membership subscription ensures a reserved seat for the student in the enrolled course.

b. Students may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of classes missed due to absences.

Intellectual Property:

a. All course materials, curriculum, and resources provided by Progress Learning Centre are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

Amendments:

a. Progress Learning Centre reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the tuition centre's website or other means of communication.
