TERMS & CONDITIONS
Punctuality & Time Keeping
· Regular attendance is important to the progress of all classes. If you are going to be absent or late for any classes, then please inform us in advance by email
· If pupils miss too many classes then they will be pulled from that dance, this is at the teacher’s discretion as they cannot continually re-teach dances for pupils who are absent.
· All pupils should arrive at least 5mins before start of class time
Uniform & Personal Grooming
· All pupils are responsible for purchasing the proper footwear & dancewear necessary for safety and success in class
· Students are to be neatly groomed with hair suitably tied back off the face (in a bun for ballet class)
· No dangly earrings or necklaces in classes as they can lead to injuries
· Dress code must be observed at all times. Plain black ONLY
· Please read and adhere to the uniform guidelines for each class
Food & Drink
· No food or drink can be brought into the studio except water
· Pupils/parents are responsible for taking any rubbish home with them and not leave on the premises
Personal Property
· All shoes & dancewear should be labelled with the student's name. Pulse Dance Studio takes no responsibility for personal items left at class
· Please leave all valuables at home. Pulse Dance Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen property
Photograph and DVD Release
· Photographs or video recordings may be taken in the course of classes or performances to be used for publicity purposes. You can opt out of this when enrolling with class4kids
· Filming or photographs taken on mobile phones are not permitted without the consent of the teacher
Health & Safety
· In the event of a medical emergency, and where a parent cannot be contacted, the guardian authorises Pulse Dance to seek medical advice for the child
· It is understood and agreed that all students take classes at their own risk and no liability shall be undertaken by the proprietors for injury
· Students are to remain within the building when waiting for parents to collect them
· Students/parents or guardians should inform the teacher of any special health considerations or existing injuries before participating in class
