LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF  ILLNESS/INJURY/ACCIDENTS

Every step is taken to ensure people taking part in our classes/events/shows/exams are well taken care of- health and safety is paramount to us. Please see our Safeguarding/Welfare policy for further details and information.

As with any physical skill, there is a risk element to taking part in our classes/exams/events/shows- by attending any of our services you are giving permission for your child/you to take part in the agreed service and waiver/release all staff, teachers and volunteers associated with Rhythm Nation Studios against all claims of liability including accidents, injury or death.

LIABILITY OF POSSESSIONS/ VEHICLES ON SITE AT OUR STUDIOS AND AT HIRED PREMISES 

Whilst we do our utmost to maintain a safe and secure environment for all parents, children and staff on our premises, or whilst attending events/ hiring venues for performances, you are attending them at your own risk. 

By attending any one of our services (classes, exams, shows or events) you are agreeing to waiver/release all rights to claim against any teachers, staff member or volunteer associated with Rhythm Nation Studios in the event of damage or loss to vehicles or possessions.
