Terms and Conditions

I agree to the following statements;

• I Agree to my child/children taking part in dance classes with Rise Dance and Acrobatics

• I Agree that my child will be fit and well to attend and partake in their regular classes and any events I sign them up too, i.e dance shows/performances, competitions etc.

• For those students age 2 parents must remain in the building while they are in class. This is to meet public liability insurance conditions.

• I agree to Rise Dance and Acrobatics holding this data on file while my child/children is a student at the school, and will be stored for at least 3 years after they have left. (Please see below GDPR policy)

• I accept that any activity comes with some risk. I release Rise Dance and Acrobatics  (hereinafter called “ Rise”) from liability for any injuries sustained by my child whilst in the care of Rise unless such injuries are caused as a result of the negligence of Rise or any persons performing tasks on behalf of and with permission of Rise

• I agree to paying my child's/children's class fees by the first week of each block.

• All dance fees are non refundable/transferable for missed dance classes.

• I agree to inform Rise Dance and Acrobatics of any change in mine or my child's details or medical notes/conditions.

• If your child no longer decides to attend classes and leave, if you have not given notice, you will will need to pay for the classes not attended/invoice originally sent
