Data is kept in a password protected laptop, & any paper copies in a locked office, & will not be shared with any 3rd parties, except in the case of professional bodies with regards to exam or competition entries. Further consent will be sought before any data is shared in this way.

Roynon Dance Woolston may contact you by email regarding upcoming events, newsletters, or general information. Please advise the Principal if you do not wish to be included in this.

Photography/ video footage may be used for publicity purposes & on the social media platforms of Roynon Dance Woolston- I will ensure that the Principal is aware of my wishes, should I not wish my child to be photographed.

My data will be deleted from the systems of Roynon Dance Woolston, after a period of 3 years of termination of attendance. 

I agree that staff and/ or contractors of Roynon Dance Woolston may contact me directly by telephone, should it be necessary in the case of injury whilst in loco parentis.
