Terms and Conditions

Fees are due monthly, and will be collected on the 27th of each month by Stripe, via my chosen payment card. Failure to pay fees may mean that I, or my child, will be unable to attend lessons at Roynon Dance Woolston.

I acknowledge and accept that students cannot be considered for exams, performances or competitions, unless fees are fully paid up to date.

Fees are non-returnable, & will not be remitted for absence, or reasons of Force Majeure or 'Acts of God'.

Fees are non-returnable in the case that lessons need to be cancelled due to enforced closure as a direct result of Covid:19,  either in the case of a local lockdown, or the need to isolate due to a confirmed case in a class. Online classes will be offered as an alternative. 

Whilst it is kept to a minimum, to ensure safe practise, dance training involves some of form of physical contact- I acknowledge and accept this as part of safe dance practise.

I agree that, after a period of 1 month, my child will wear correct uniform, & hair in a bun for all classes.

I will only park in designated areas, not in the private roads surrounding the entrance to the studios.

I understand that Roynon Dance Woolston and their staff and/or contractors will not assume responsibility for any damage to property, or for any bodily or personal injury consisting of or arising out of any participation in any physical training.

I voluntarily agree to release Roynon Dance Woolston and any of their staff from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I, or my next of kin, may suffer or incur as a result of participation in classes.

I agree that designated first aiders of Roynon Dance Woolston may administer first aid to myself or my child, should it be deemed disadvantageous to wait for explicit consent.
