Terms and Conditions
SHINE THEATRE SCHOOL
Terms and Conditions
MUST BE ACCEPTED BY ALL STUDENTS AND PARENTS/CARERS.
FEE PAYMENT
1. Fees cover one full term of lessons. However, there is an option to pay in two half-term instalments for convenience. Please note: By choosing the half term payment option, you are still committing to the full term's fees, and the full amount remains due, regardless of attendance or early withdrawl. Discounts or refunds will not be given for classes missed by the pupil, unless explicitly arranged with the Principal. After the discussion, 50% of the fees will be returned to you.
2. The School should receive fees by the date shown on the invoice. Any late payments will incur a surcharge of £10 to cover admin costs.
3. If you do not receive an invoice, please advise the Principal.
4. We offer one trial session. If the student decides to join the class, he/she/the parents/carers should complete the Shine Theatre School registration form. An invoice will then be issued for the remaining term fees.
5. The method of payment is card or online bank transfer. An email with an invoice will be sent containing all payment details.
