Trials:
Classes
If the teacher is unavailable for a lesson and a supply teacher cannot be found, the lesson will be rearranged. If a teacher is unable to teach in person and a supply teacher cannot be found, the class will be taken online. If this is not possible, the class fee will be credited to your account. There will be no reduction in fees for lessons missed by the student. Fees are non-refundable in the case of students who wish to leave mid-term.
Please inform the Principal if your child is involved in any other dance activities. This will help us understand your child’s needs and other techniques they may be learning, in order to best train your child.
Exams
Students including adults who may be interested, will be invited to participate in exams when they have reached examination standard. This decision will be made by the Principal and her decision is final. Examination fees must be paid in full no later than the payment date stated on the invoice. If a parent/pupil/adult student chooses to pull out of examinations after they have been entered, monies paid will not be refunded.
Coaching classes
As these classes are priced based on the number of students/class, a 1/2 term's notice will be required to terminate these classes the following term.
Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner and be respectful to both teachers and fellow students at all times. This will ensure a safe environment, whilst maintaining a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all.
If a parent/carer/adult student wishes to speak to a teacher on any matter, please refrain from interrupting class. You are welcome to speak to teachers once the class has finished, or alternatively, please contact the Principal by telephone or email.
