Late policy and procedures

·      Parents must arrive on time to collect their children; teachers cannot escort children home.

·      A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late pickups. After that, a £5 charge applies for every 5 minutes.

·       In case of emergencies causing late pickup, parents must contact Speak Up or the school and leave a voicemail if necessary.

Behaviour

·      Parents should emphasise good behaviour at school clubs.

·      Aggressive or abusive behaviour toward staff will result in the child's exclusion.

·      The club uses a three-warning policy for behaviour issues; three warnings lead to removal.

·      A safe, inclusive environment is essential; disruptive behaviour won't be tolerated.

Child wellbeing
Student safety is our priority. We must know who is collecting each student or if they attend an after-school club. Unfamiliar collectors require parent confirmation.

Inclusive Environment and Adaptability
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that welcomes all children, including those with neurodiverse needs. While our program may not address every specialised aspect, we strive to meet individual requirements and ensure a positive, enriching experience for all.

Fees & Cancellation

·      Fees must be paid in advance.

·      To secure a place for the next term, fees are due by the end of the current term.

·      Notify Speak Up by the term's end if your child will not continue, so the space can be reallocated.

·      No credits or refunds for missed classes.

·      No refunds or make-ups for cancellations beyond Speak Up's control.
