StageStruck Tongham holds a limited data base of Information, this is restricted essentially to contact details and medical information. This is the minimum amount of data that we need to hold for safeguarding purposes. We need to be able to contact parents/guardians in case of emergency. 

We hold both email and home address to be able to aid communication with parents/guardians.

Records are destroyed 1 year after a student leaves the school.

All information is kept in a secure password protected and encrypted account.
