Terms and Conditions

Please find below our terms & conditions, by completing your portal and signing your child up to join StageStruck Tongham, you are hereby agreeing to to the terms and conditions detailed below.


1 Months Paid Full Notice must be given in writing if a student wishes to leave any classes.

Fees are calculated on a 12 monthly basis, which is reflected in the amount of classes we provide throughout a year. Included in this is bank holidays, half terms and 2 emergency closures. Any more than this, then the student can make up their missed class/es at another class at any of our venues.

Fees are not waived in respect of family holidays, school trips, school exams or short term sickness or injury.

instances of long term sickness will be assessed on an individual basis.

in the event of a student leaving StageStruck Tongham with fees oustanding, stagestruck reserve the right to pursue recovery of the debt by all legal means including court action.

we reserve the right to cancel any classes any time up to and including the day the class starts. should this occur, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible via the facebook page, message on here, email. The class/es will then be made up.

all teachers are qualified, trained, or run under the ISTD. They are all DBS checked & insured. Due to the nature of teaching performing arts, sometimes it is necessary to correct positions physically. this is always conducted with care and professionalism.

StageStruck Tongham does not accept liability for personal injury to any student attending class, with the exception of such injury being caused by negligence or default of any member of of our staff or any other default on our part.

StageStruck Tongham does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

StageStruck Tongham does not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control.

StageStruck Tongham is only responsible for pupils while they are in their class. children cannot be supervived whilst they are outside class. young children be must be collected promptly at the end of their class.

StageStruck Tongham holds public liability insurance.

these terms and conditions and your customer portal constitute an agreement between you and us in connection to classes or any services superseding any prior agreement.

attendance at class is deemed to be acceptance of the current terms and conditions.

it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify StageStruck Tongham of any illness or injury that may affect the students participation at class.

it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that we have all the correct details for you and your child on the portal and update any changes to health.

it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to regulary read the facebook page or portal for any information or updates so you are fully aware of any upcoming events or changes. 

in the event that we consider you to be in breech of these terms and conditions or that your child is disruptive to other students or staff, we reserve the right to exclude your child from any activity within the school.

Photographs and video footage of pupils taken by StageStruck Tongham may be used on our facebook/instagram page and for publicity purposes. If you do not wish your child’s image to be used for these purposes you must inform us in writing.


Discipline, timekeeping and appearance are all very important parts of dancing and performing in general. Students are expected to attend class on time, well presented and in the correct uniform.Hair must be neat, tidy and tied back off the face.

Only Parent Chaperones can be in classes. New students are welcome to trial classes for their first week and parents are welcome to stay for the trial for the under 5s classes. 

Students are expected to bring their own clearly named water bottles to every class.
