Personal information is exactly what it is – YOURS. You share your information with Star-Tastic Gymnastics because you are interested in the classes we offer. Star-Tastic Gymnastics only uses personal data that you provide for the classes you have signed up for. This information is required so that we can contact you in case of an emergency. We use the following data:

 

  • Name and address of Gymnast and Parent
  • Phone numbers
  • E-mail addresses
  • Payment information
  • Medical information
  • School Information

2. Security

We protect all information you provide us using the most modern techniques. Our database is stored with Class Manager or LoveAdmin. Both take seriously their responsibility to protect and safeguard data and is working to ensure that our products and services are GDPR compliant.  We are making changes to our contracts with our business partners to reflect the new requirements under the law.

3. Storage Periods

We keep personal data for as long as necessary. We then store the data for a maximum of two years for our own purposes. The data will then be erased unless the law requires us to keep it longer. For example, the law obliges us to keep payment records for seven years.

These ‘third parties' include but are not limited to; IGA– our governing body. This is for purposes such as entering competitions. IGA will not use your information or sell it.
