- Members: Name, date of birth, address, emergency contact details, medical information, performance records, and photographs or videos (for training, publicity, or safeguarding purposes).
- Coaches and Staff: Name, address, qualifications, DBS checks, ID checks and contact details.
- Financial Information: Bank details for membership payments, if applicable.

We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:
- Membership management, including registration and communication.
- Safety and safeguarding, including emergency medical care.
- Event and competition organisation.
- Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., safeguarding, insurance requirements
- Marketing and publicity, where consent has been obtained.

We process personal data under the following lawful bases:
- Contract: To fulfil our membership agreement.
- Legal Obligation: To comply with UK laws and regulations.
- Consent: For optional uses, such as marketing materials or promotional activities.
