Refunds will not be given for classes missed by the child or a parent's decision to terminate class’s part way through the payment term. Our holiday dates are listed in advance, the dance school will close during these dates and parents will not be charged for these dates. An admin fee of £1.50 per month is added to each fee invoice.
3. Invoices are sent to parents in advance and fees must be paid before the payment term commences and your child/children enters their dance class. Classes
5. Parents under the age of 2 years old must remain on the premises at all times whilst their child is in attendance at Stargaze Dance Academy, this is due to our insurance policy.
6. Parents may stay with their children if they are upset or are struggling to settle in. However, we kindly ask that parents support their children in a way which will benefit their child, stay within the class and refrain from using their mobile phones. We have a child protection policy in place, and we kindly ask that parents respect this by keeping phones in their bags, and refrain from filming or taking photographs.
7. Parent’s and carers should ensure children have sufficient water, food, clothing, sun lotion and medication (where appropriate) for the duration of the activity.
8. On the rare occasion that a class is cancelled, it will be rescheduled, usually during the school holidays. If this is not possible, any fees already paid will be deducted from the next payment term. Stargaze Dance Academy will not be held responsible for classes that are cancelled for circumstances beyond the school's control. If it is necessary to cancel a class due to adverse weather conditions, or if a child cannot attend a class due to another Stargaze Dance Academy performance/event/exam, class fees will not be refunded.

10 We understand that older pupils often arrive and depart from Stargaze Dance Academy on their own, however, primary school aged children should not be dropped off or left alone on their own outside the building/on the car park/off the premises without a parent. At the end of class, parents must collect their child from the venue.
