STARLETS TERM CLASSES TERMS & CONDITIONS

After an enrolment has been made an invoice for your child’s class/es will be emailed before the start of term.

All invoices will be emailed to the allocated person.

Please add [email protected] to your safe list and check your junk mail regularly.

Fees are paid per term and need to be paid in full, or have an established payment plan, prior to the commencement of classes.

If Term fees (or first instalment of an established plan) haven’t been paid by week 3, your child will not be able to attend any further classes.

All fees are per term, not per class and by completing the enrolment process, you are agreeing to pay for a full term’s fee, which will be stated in your invoice.

Term fees are non-refundable.

If a class is missed due to holidays, illness, etc., a makeup class can be arranged; this class can be any other age-suitable class offered on our timetable (prior booking is essential). Missed classes cannot be credited for the following term and must be used during the term the lesson was missed.

All private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advanced in order for a makeup lesson to be offered.

If the school has to cancel a class, a makeup class time will be scheduled.

Starlets SA are not liable for any injuries.

Photos and/or video footage of students may be taken during classes, these images might be used for publicity purposes (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, fliers, brochures, printed advertisements, website etc.). The use of the images will be at Starlets SA discretion and will endeavour to maintain professional integrity for the student(s) involved. If you have any concerns, please inform Miss Julie-anne immediately. Any withdrawal of using such images needs to be requested in writing.

If students arrive at classes visibly unwell, all Starlets SA staff hold the right to request that the child be sent home.

STARLETS MAGIC PLAY & DANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Activities are most suitable for 18mths – 5 years

If attending with a younger sibling under 1 year old, no additional fee or booking is required for the sibling. However, the child aged 1 to 5 must still be booked and paid for as usual. This playgroup is aimed at children aged 1 to 5, so the younger sibling must be accompanied by an older child to ensure suitability for the group

Once a booking has been made you will be sent an invoice

Please note: Payment is required before attending the session otherwise your booking will be cancelled - In the event of a cancellation more than 24hours notice is required to receive a refund
