Starlight Theatre Academy Classes Terms and Conditions - effective 7th July 2025

Starlets £7.5

Sibling discount 10%

After school club £5pw (no sibling discount)
LAMDA £20 STA Students, £25 non STA students

 

Payment Method: All fees will be paid via monthly subscription. Clients are required to create an account using our Class Manager portal, where they will be invoiced for the full academic year. The total cost will then be automatically divided into 11 equal monthly payments, taken from September to July inclusive.

Notice and Final Payments: All clients are required to give half a term’s written notice to withdraw from classes. Please note that monthly subscription payments are spread evenly across the year for convenience, but do not always align exactly with the number or cost of sessions in a given month. Upon giving notice, a final balancing payment may be required if the total paid to date does not cover the sessions already attended. Likewise, any overpayments will be refunded accordingly. Missed classes are non-refundable.

 

Taster session. Each child is entitled to a free taster class as their first class (Weekend classes only)

 These prices are subject to change at Starlight’s discretion. You will be informed in advance of any upcoming price changes at the time, and they will not be effective on any booking already made before that date.

 

Late fees
A 10 %  late fee is added to fees paid after the requested payment date.

 

Sibling Rates -10% off  In this section, the term ‘sibling’ refers to any children legally in the care of the same parent/guardian.  If siblings are in attendance in any of our classes at one time, the second and any further siblings will pay at a discounted rate. If one sibling leaves our classes, the other will begin paying full price at the next session. If this occurs mid-term and a refund is applicable, you will be refunded at the lower sibling-rate per class remaining. The half termly notice is still applicable. This only applies to our weekend classes.

 

Enrolment & Personal Information

Before attending any sessions, you will be required to enrol on our Class Manager system. It is the parent/carers responsibility to ensure this information is correct, and to keep us updated with any changes/additions to it- PLEASE ENSURE WE ARE REGULARLY UPDATED REGARDING MEDICAL AND BEHAVIOURAL EVENTS. Updated can be made via the Portal, or via email to [email protected]

Starlight cannot be held responsible for any occurrences/miscommunications due to information omitted/incorrectly given on enrolment. Information given will be kept on our customer database. The information will be used solely for our business purposes and will not be passed on to any third party, in accordance with the Data Protection act. If at any time you wish to be taken off our database, it will be effective immediately at your request.

 

If for any reason Starlight has to cancel a session, we will inform all parents by email if we know far enough in advance or by phone if it is within a day or two. For this reason, please ensure the details on your Class Manager Portal are up to date. Any classes cancelled by us will be rescheduled where possible, or refunded/held in credit.

These Terms and Conditions are correct from the date above. Starlight will notify their customers of any updates as and when they occur.
