Terms and Conditions

I understand that whilst every care is given to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the Participants of Stars Within, accidents do happen. I accept that Stars Within takes no responsibility for any harm or injuries that may occur during classes, rehearsals or performances. I understand that refunds are not given for classes missed by the student.

I understand that if my payments are in arrears by more than two weeks, I will not be able to attend the class. I also understand that if my payments are not up to date from the previous term, my enrolment will be rejected until payments are finalised.

Responsibilities of Participants/Participant's Nominee

• Ensure the Participant is correctly enrolled to attend classes

• Treat all Stars Within staff and teachers with respect

• Ensure all lessons and additional materials are paid for within 14 days of receiving the invoice

• Ensure 14 days notice is given if you wish to end this Service Agreement

• If your NDIS Plan changes for any reason, please advise Stars Within as soon as possible

• 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend any private lessons

• Notice of absence is to be provided for all group lessons.
