PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO CONSENT

Stoked Gymnastics takes its responsibility to ensure all members are safeguarded against potential risk seriously. In accordance with the Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sports Policy, we do not permit photographs, video or other images of children or young people to be taken without prior written parent/carer consent. In addition to gaining consent from the parent/carer, prior to the photo or video being taken, the child/young person will also be asked for their consent.  

We will take all steps to ensure these images/footage are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended. If you become aware that these images/footage are being used inappropriately, please inform us immediately.

Footage or images captured may be used in the following: 

- Publicity, commercial or promotional purposes

- Advertising, social media and web content

- Coaching staff professional development 

- Training analysis and athlete development 

You can change your mind at any time. If you no longer consent to Stoked Gymnastics using images/footage of your child, all you need to do is get in touch with our team via email - [email protected].
