2024 TERM DATES

1st Term: Monday 22 January – Thursday 28 March (10 weeks)
2nd Term: Monday 15 April - Saturday 22 June (10 weeks)
3rd Term: Monday 8 July - Saturday 14 September (10 weeks)
4th Term: Monday 30 September - Saturday 7 December (10 weeks)
Just a reminder that we DO NOT hold classes on public holidays but DO hold classes on pupil free days.

STATEMENTS

Statements will be emailed prior to the commencement of each term, reflecting your child’s class charges for the full term. New families will be sent their statements upon registering, being charged on a pro rata basis for their first term from commencement.

PAYMENT METHODS

All fee payments are made through our website by logging into your customer portal. A 2.0% processing fee applies to all payments. All fees incurred due to declined direct debits or wrong details will be charged to the customer.

Different options include:

●Upfront Payment – To make your whole term’s payment upfront, you’ll need to log in to your customer portal and click “Pay Now” to process your payment. This is due by the end of the first week of each term.

●Fortnightly Payment Plan – By registering for the fortnightly payment, your term total will be automatically debited from your nominated account in fortnightly installments throughout the term. The payment schedules will always commence on the first Friday of each term then continue fortnightly for a total of 5 payments.

Please note: If you do not complete the term, you are still liable to pay for the full term. Anyone who stops their direct debit before the end of the term will have their account immediately sent to a debt collector.

PAYMENT DUE DATES
Fees are always due by the end of the first week of each term. Families that choose the Upfront Payment option must log in to their online portals and process their payments by the due date. Those on the Fortnightly Payment Plan will have their fortnightly debits commence on the first Friday of each term and continue on for a total of 5 payments.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

We are pleased that the majority of our valued customers settle their accounts in accordance with our terms. However, we occasionally have accounts that become overdue. A $10 late fee is added to outstanding accounts every week that it remains unpaid. Weekly reminders are sent out in the form of text, email and/or posted letter until the overdue account is settled. Please note that accounts that are not settled by the end of term will be submitted to a collection agency with all costs involved being incurred by the customer.

MISSED OR CANCELLED CLASSES
* Please note that under no circumstances will there be credits for missed or cancelled classes.
Classes are charged per number of weeks in each term. If your child’s class is cancelled due to public holidays, exams or other unforeseen circumstances, or they have missed a class due to personal matters, they are welcome to arrange a makeup lesson for the same class or can try a different class.
*If your child does not complete a term you are still responsible for payment of that term.
If starting part way through the term you are responsible only for the remaining weeks of that term from the date of your registration. 

MAKE-UP LESSONS
Students are allowed 2 make up lessons per term for each genre excluding make ups for public holidays. Make up lessons may not be carried over to the next term or the next year. Students can only attend make-up lessons in classes that are not full.

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee is a non-refundable annual fee, which covers music licensing and insurance. It is due when a child first registers for a class as well as at the beginning of each subsequent year the child continues classes at Strictly Dance.
New Families - $65 first child

$35 second child

Existing Families - $50 first child

$25 for each additional student.

CAPPED RATES
Juniors (Gold Medal ballet age and below) = $120.00 per week unlimited classes*

Seniors (Intermediate Foundation ballet age and above) = $140.00 per week unlimited classes* *Approved classes for their age and level only. Excludes music lessons, TBI classes, Lyra and private lessons.

Optional Locker Hire- (student must supply lock) $80/year (or $20/term)

Eisteddfod Entry Fee $35 per term To cover group eisteddfod entry fees for the year

MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNTS

Considered the greater class first 

3rd class – 5%
4th class – 15%
5th class – 30%

6th class or more – 40%

(does not apply to Performing Team classes, Music classes, Lyra, TBI classes or private lessons)

SIBLING DISCOUNTS – (Considered the child with the lesser class charges). 

2nd child – 10% off
3rd child – 30% off
4th child – 40% off

5th child – 50% off
