When enrolling at Studio21 families, caregivers and students are committing to our established values, scheduling and accepting the financial commitment associated with each class. This includes tuition, uniforms, costumes (hire for return or purchase) and entry fees where applicable.  We want Studio21 to be a place of fun and respect filled with quality experiences for students and parents/caregivers. The terms and conditions are important for everyone to have the best experience at our studio. Using appropriate language during classes, performances competitions is expected at all times. Negative comments or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated towards anyone from Studio21 or other studios. Represent our studio to the best of your ability – shine brightly through kindness and respect and lift others up. Communicate openly and effectively between students, parents and teachers whilst respecting others’ learning.

Additionally Competition Team members and Solo&Duo/doubles students are required to complete specific agreements and return them to the studio.

Upon enrolment families are accepting that Studio21 staff may take photo and video throughout class. These may be used for the following purposes:

*Social Media content & advertising -Students 1st names may be used

*Videoing of both practise and performances

*Waiting room slideshows

Should you not wish for your child's image to be used on Social Media -named or otherwise please advise the Studio by email. 

Fees and Payments: Studio21 class Fees can be viewed when enrolling. Multi class discounts are applied when invoices are generated and emailed. Due dates for invoices are shown on the invoice. Outstanding accounts will have a $5 late payment fee applied. Payment plans are available on request. Families are responsible for ensuring they monitor emails and the Parent Portal App to see payments due for tuition, costumes, entry fees and other fees eg Enrolment fee, comp fees, performance fees, uniform hires etc. Should parents with to un-enrol they must notify Stuidio21 via email. Class 'No Shows'(who have not officially withdrawn via email) will have their place held for 3 weeks. After which they will be withdrawn. A class hold fee will be charged 30% of the term tuition plus a $30 admin fee.
