Payment and Financial Obligations

Acknowledgment and Agreement:

I acknowledge and agree to abide by the Academy's Fees and Payment Policy as outlined below:

Fee Payment via Class Manager:

All fees are required to be paid through the Class Manager system.

Payment Arrangements:

Payment arrangements can be made upon receipt of the term invoice.

Enrollment Fee:

An enrollment fee of $80 is required before the commencement of the first class. This fee is not applicable to free trial classes.

Pro-Rated Fees for Mid-Year Enrollees:

Individuals enrolling during the year will be charged from the month they join, with an adjustment made for their joining month.

Advance Payment Requirement:

All fees must be paid two weeks in advance to maintain current account status.

'No Pay, No Play' Policy:

Athletes with overdue invoices will be prohibited from participation until the account is settled.

Financial Difficulties:

In case of financial difficulties, please contact the accounts manager to discuss a suitable payment plan before debts accumulate.

Debt Collection:

Accounts outstanding for 30 days or more may be subject to debt collection procedures.
