Terms and Conditions

By enrolling at Sunshine Art School, you agree to:

1. Enrolment & Payment

   • Your first class is a free trial.

   • Continuing enrolments are confirmed once you return the form and pay the term invoice. Payment plans may be arranged.

2. Missed Classes

   • Missed classes are not refundable.

   • You may request a make-up class in another session that week if space is available.

   • A free art class is offered in the first week of school holidays for adults who may have missed classes.

3. Holidays & Public Holidays

   • Fees remain payable if you are away on holiday.

   • Classes run on public holidays unless otherwise notified.

4. Conduct & Safety

   • Students must behave respectfully and wear suitable clothing for art activities.

   • Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection of children.

5. Liability

   • Sunshine Art School takes care to provide a safe environment, but attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal property loss or damage.

6. Parental Consent

   • Students under 18 must have a parent/guardian agree to these terms.

7. Media

   • We may take photos for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you or your child do not wish to be photographed.
